We’re interested in the things we can’t see from reading your website. We want to know your history, your values, your vision, and ultimately the type of person you are looking for. This overview is key to Step Two.

Arguably the most important part of the process. Your account manager will create a bespoke advertisement, drawing on years of experience and knowledge. Using a combination of key words and intelligent design, you will receive a stand-out ad, capable of attracting the best and most relevant candidates.

Go live time
Now we press the button! Your advertisement will appear on all major UK job boards and social media platforms, gaining hundreds of thousands of views, and opening the door to a huge pool of talent.

Screening CVs
We know your time is far too valuable to trawl through hundreds of CVs. Let your account manager take the pain out of the recruitment process and allow you to carry on with what you do best. Just in case you are wondering, we don’t use AI software. All CVs are screened by a real person.

The interview stage
Your account manager will now present you with the best fit candidates for you to meet. If you like, we can also arrange the interviews for you.
