Efficient Administrator to support L&D team at technology based London based business


As Talent Team Administrator you will support the Learning & Development department with administration relating to onboarding and training courses. You will manage & maintain all activities and processes, acting as the first point of contact for all general Learning & Development queries. Your duties will include:

  • manage internal admin processes ( e-learning / training records / documents / correspondence )
  • manage training calendar, courses joining instructions, sessions booking and course attendance
  • organise / maintain recruitment and L&D online filing system
  • ensuring processes are effective & efficient, working to streamline them where appropriate
  • support Talent team with administration inc surveys, 360 feedback and performance reviews
  • take minutes in L&D and Recruitment meetings / provide data & statistics as required

The Person

As Talent Team Administrator you will have previous experience in an professional administrative environment and ideally some knowledge of HR, and Learning & Development processes. You will also need the following:

  • knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications – Excel / SharePoint / Outlook / PowerPoint
  • understanding of purchase orders / invoicing processes
  • excellent time management / proactive approach / attention to detail
  • can work independently and as part of team / friendly and approachable
  • ability to work in fast paced environment
