THE ROLE

As Customer Services Coordinator you will manage customer relationships, working closely with the sales team to increase sales to existing customers. Responsibilities will include:

  • managing a portfolio of customers
  • attend / schedule customer meetings
  • building strong / positive relationships with clients at various levels
  • maintain customer records / database / sales pipeline
  • respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and face to face
  • feeding back important client information to managers
  • report on product performance
  • identifying training / knowledge needs for clients and colleagues

THE PERSON

As Customer Services Coordinator you may have experience in a similar role. With strong customer service experience you will also have:

  • strong communication skills
  • ability to create / maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues
  • good organisation skills
  • any experience with Salesforce, Jira and Google Docs is an advantage
